The Mayor's Healthy Hometown Movement convenes, connects, and communicates through partnerships that leverage resources and promote healthy eating, active living, and tobacco free environments by establishing healthier places, programs and policies toward making Louisville one of the healthiest cities in the country.
The Mayor's Healthy Hometown Movement seeks to create a communitywide culture where healthy eating and active living are the norm and the healthy choice is the easy choice for all Louisville residents.

The Mayor's Healthy Hometown Movement "Good for your body, great for EVERYbody campaign" is made possible by funds from U.S. Health and Human Services. Partners in the campaign are Louisville Metro Government, YMCA of Greater Louisville, Jefferson County Public Schools, TARC, the University of Louisville, Norton Healthcare, Norton Suburban, and Baptist East.
